Mark any line as optional. It shows up on the proposal with a toggle so clients can add it — or not — before they accept. Optional lines lift average deal size without the awkward upsell email: you price it once, the client picks what they want. Totals recalculate live as they toggle, and whatever is checked at accept is what lands on the invoice.
