By accessing or using Nori Docs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nori Docs is a SaaS platform for creating and managing business documents including invoices, proposals, dossiers, timesheets, and receipts. The Service includes PDF generation, document sharing, banking integration, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create or distribute fraudulent documents.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content, including invoices, proposals, and other business documents you generate through the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan.
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Notion, Google Workspace, and banking providers. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unplanned downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nori Docs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
