02 · All of Nori

Five areas that know about each other.

Invoices, proposals, banking, timesheets and customers interlock – what you enter once turns up everywhere you need it.

The dashboard

What you are looking at.

  • Headline figure

One number leads, two support it. Not a grid of four identical tiles.

  • One line per invoice

Number, status, due date, amount. Four facts, no second line.

  • Outstanding

What is still unpaid – with the number of overdue invoices beside it.

  • Top customers

By revenue paid, not revenue billed.

03 · The life of an invoice

Four steps. One system.

From the hour you track to the money landing. Nori knows every step in between – and where something is stuck.

  1. Invoice goes out

Pick a template, add line items, send. Recurring invoices run on their own.

  2. The money arrives

Nori spots the payment in your account and links it to the invoice.

  3. The receipt is there

The matching receipt is suggested and attached – with a reason.

  4. You hear about it

A note when the money is in. And one when somebody is taking too long.

04 · Self-employment today

Paperwork costs more than you think.

Fewer than half of companies can receive e-invoices – even though receiving them has been mandatory in B2B since 2025.

The invoice list

The list remembers how you work.

Filters, view and sorting stay where you last put them. Under the list are the totals for this page and for everything you have ever issued.

  1. Save a filter

Any combination of filters can be saved as its own view – and is rebuilt exactly that way next time you open it.

  2. Change the view

The same list as a table, grouped by customer, or split with a preview. You decide how to read it.

  3. Status without a colour code

Six statuses, two colours: green means paid, red means overdue. Everything else stays neutral so the outliers stand out.

  4. Amount and what is left

Next to every amount is how much of it is still outstanding. You see a part payment without opening the invoice.

05 · In detail

The places where other tools stop.

Five parts of the product – each one worked over until it no longer gets in your way.

Approvals cover periods, not entries.

The bar shows to the day whose approval is missing. Once they are all in, the recurring invoice writes itself.

Suggestions that explain themselves.

Instead of a percentage you get the reason a receipt fits. Multi-select for batch payments, with the remainder recalculated as you go.

Overrun is visible, not buried.

Budget in accent blue, overrun hatched in red, the budget mark in between. Every entry shows whether it still fell inside the allowance.

Receipt and booking in one place.

Suggestion, drop area and "no receipt needed" in a single column – instead of status on the left and upload on the right.

Recurring invoices write themselves.

Every row shows when the next invoice goes out and for how much. Paused means paused – the contract stays, the invoice waits.

08 · What we stand for

Nori is not a boundary. It is a foundation.

We build Nori on the same principles we work by: least effort, most result – and an honest word on what works today and what is still coming.

  1. Progress

We question what exists and rebuild it our way. Your feedback gets shipped – in a way that serves everyone.

  2. Individuality

Your letterhead, your numbering, your tools. Nori fits in rather than laying down rules.

  3. Productivity

Deep automation wherever things stay predictable. Your time belongs to the business, not the paperwork.

  4. Team spirit

We solve our communitys problems dependably, and we are as invested in the product as you are.

  5. Trust

We say openly what Nori can do today and where it is heading. Nori is a backbone – that comes with obligations.

The next invoice almost pays for itself.
