You can change an existing product anytime in the edit dialog – for example its name, description, price, tax rate or category. Open the product, adjust the fields you need, and save.
Your change then applies to new line items. Proposals and invoices you have already created stay unchanged – their line items keep the values that were copied in when you added them.
