Recurring invoices
Set up invoices that come up regularly once – Nori then generates them automatically on the cadence you choose.
You will find recurring invoices under the menu item of the same name. You set the cadence freely – either via a predefined interval (such as monthly or yearly) or via your own custom interval.
A special feature is the linked action: you decide what happens on each run. Either Nori only creates a draft – so you check the invoice yourself before it goes out – or Nori sends it automatically by email to the recipient.
Otherwise a recurring invoice behaves like a normal invoice. On top of that, you can store service periods and timing rules so that the billed period and the creation date of each invoice line up exactly.
Combined with time tracking it gets even more powerful: if you link a recurring invoice to a time stream, Nori automatically pulls in the hours tracked for the respective service period as line items. This creates the billing for retainers and ongoing projects entirely without manual copying.
