Optional line items

Any line item can be marked as optional. One click turns a fixed line item into an optional one. Optional line items are not included automatically when the customer accepts online – they pick them themselves with a switch. The total updates live, so they see right away what their selection costs.

When your customer accepts online, only the optional line items they selected become part of the accepted scope – and later flow into the invoice.
