PDF templates determine how your finished documents look. An important distinction: invoice templates define the content of an invoice (line items, texts, defaults), while PDF templates control the design of the generated PDF – that is, layout, fonts, colors as well as headers and footers. This way every document appears consistently in your brand style.

PDF templates come in two modes: Simple mode covers the common adjustments and is available to everyone. Expert mode allows extensive changes to the layout and can be unlocked on request via support (support@noridocs.com).
