Simple PDF customizations
Adjust the look of your PDFs without code – colors, images and other settings right in Simple mode, with a live preview.
Under PDF templates, click “Edit” on a template. This opens the customization view, where you adapt the layout to your brand the easy way – with no HTML or CSS. You see changes right away in the live preview and apply them with “Save”.
Which fields are available depends on the template – each one brings its own customization points. They come in a few simple types:
Colors: e.g. accent or brand color and text color – set with a color picker.
Images: e.g. a logo or background image that you upload.
Selection: predefined options to pick from – such as a font or layout variant.
Text & numbers: free values for individual details that the template provides for.
Your customizations apply to every document that uses this template and take effect immediately on new PDFs. If you need deeper changes to the layout beyond that, Expert mode can be unlocked through support.
