Proposals

Create proposals with variants, group lines and optional line items, let customers accept them online, and turn the accepted scope into an invoice in one click.

Proposals are one of the core features of Nori Docs. You open them via "Proposals" in the navigation – there you find an overview of every proposal, where you search by customer or title and filter by status.

The proposals overview

Every proposal carries its current status: Draft, Sent, Accepted or Declined. With search and the status filter you find open proposals instantly and see at a glance what is still waiting on a reply.

Building a proposal

In the editor you structure the scope with group lines – sections with their own subtotals – and give your customer real choice with variants, from a basic to a premium package. You mark individual line items as optional so the customer can add them themselves. Proven proposals you duplicate in seconds as a reusable template.

Accept online and turn into an invoice

Send your customer a secure link: they pick their variant, add the optional line items they want via a switch – the total recalculates live – and accept with one click. Nori records the acceptance with a timestamp and notifies you instantly. You then turn the accepted scope into an invoice in one click.
