Once a proposal is ready, you have two ways to get it to the customer:

Send a proposal through Nori
When you send through Nori, your customer gets an email with a secure link. From there they open the proposal, pick variants and optional line items, and accept online in one click. Nori records the acceptance with a timestamp, notifies you right away, and sets the status to “Accepted”.
Download a proposal as a PDF
If you would rather send it yourself, you finalise the proposal and download it as a PDF – ready to email or print.
